ASME Pressure Vessels
Imperial is certified for manufacturing Pressure Vessels under the ASME Section VIII Division 1, for tanks holding pressures exceeding 15 PSI and up to 3000 PSI.

Custom Linings and Coatings
Imperial has the knowledge and capabilities to handle the most difficult coating requests. We can provide a wide range of coatings including those with extremely difficult application procedures. Tank Systems
Imperial Industries can install process equipment in and on your tank to minimize field start up time once your tank arrives at site. It started our first year in operation when the convenience of mounting a bin activator to the discharge flange of a tank saved the customer valuable time during the installation process at the job site. Since that time we have installed equipment, wired and provided air, process and water piping to many tanks, per customer drawings. Skirted tanks can be insulated and provided with heaters to prevent winter freeze.
Transportation
Imperial makes delivery easier with its dedicated fleet of trucks with knowledgeable drivers. The self-unloading trailers are designed specifically for transporting tanks, and all drivers are experts at protecting the load on-route. Imperial will also ship via other carriers or modes of transportation specified by its customers. In either case, tanks are carefully prepared for transport. Capabilities to 15 diameter and 100,000 lbs capacity.
