 Imperial Linings and CoatingsImperial Industries, Inc. is committed to providing the best finishes available for your storage tank needs. Carbon steel tanks begin with a steel grit blast treatment in our fully enclosed 3200 square foot blast facility. Recycled steel grit in 40, 50 or 80 mesh size is selected to remove mill scale and rust in preparation for the protective coating. Blasting qualities can range from commercial, near white or white blast meeting the requirements of National Associate of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) or Structural Steel Painting Council (SSPC) requirements. Painting occurs in our 3700 square foot dedicated paint room, which is climate controlled. Imperial Industries has proudly partnered with Sherwin Williams™ in providing the highest quality products available. Standard exterior finishes include the Sherwin Williams Polane HS™ Protection System. While some stored products work well with plain steel, your application may require a tank lining and can benefit from Sherwin Williams B62™ FDA approved epoxy. Benefiting from having a certified NACE Inspector on-staff, we can assure that the most difficult guidelines are met. Have your own requirements? And how about color requirements? Most products are available in a wide range of standard finish colors. Sherwin Williams™ offers the finest color match system in the business. Need a special color to match your facility or corporate logo? Not a problem. Provide us with a sample, RAL number or other suitable reference, we will mix a sample, submit it for your approval and apply it to meet your satisfaction. Need special combinations? Imperial has applied multiple colors to the same tank. Colors can be applied to handrails, platforms, piping and other accessories to meet your needs. Or dress up your tank with customer decals or logos. Imperial can contract painted or vinyl preapplied decal/logos to your tank personalizing your tanks and identifying your company for everyone to recognize.
